This is the absentee ballot for the 2017 CDD Officer election.
We have 3 spots to fill this election.
Please only use one ballot per eligible voter in your house.
Absentee ballots must be returned to the club secretary by Friday, November 3.
Absentee ballots do not have to have any identifying marks or signatures on them, but the envelope they are sent in must CLEARLY identify the voter(s) in that household by name. This can be a separate note in the envelope. If we cannot easily determine that an absentee ballot is from an eligible, voting club member, it will NOT be counted.
